This thriving community centre hosts competitions for dominoes, crib, darts and pool throughout the year. Annual cup finals are also held here. Each week there is bingo on Sunday and Thursday evenings, club functions and more. New groups are always welcome to hire the centre for their meetings.
The Jackmans Community Association is a charity that regularly raises money for other causes, both through their own efforts and through the generosity of the local community.

The Old Library annexe also has a small meeting room available for hire
