The Licensing & Appeals Committee deals with:
- Applications under the Licensing Act 2003, to which objections have been made.
- The confirmation or otherwise of Tree Preservation Orders, to which objections have been lodged
- The adoption and review of the Council's Licensing Policy, Gambling Policy and Enforcement Policy
