Consultation on proposed submission Neighbourhood Plan – Regulation 16

Knebworth Parish Council submitted their neighbourhood plan to North Hertfordshire District Council on 14 March 2021.

The consultation took place from 21 April to 9 June 2021.

The plan sets out a vision for the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications within the parish.

The representations to the neighbourhood plan can be viewed on our consultation portal. Your comments will be collated and forwarded on to an independent examiner. The independent examiner will only consider whether the proposed neighbourhood plan meets the basic conditions and other requirements set out by law. More information about the basic conditions is set out in the Planning Practice Guidance.
