Area Monitoring Officer – Hitchin
Salary starting from £18,480 per annum (Career Graded post)
We are looking for an experienced individual to work as an Area Monitoring Officer for the Grounds Team working in Hitchin and surrounding areas. You would be responsible for the day to day management of all the parks and open spaces in Hitchin.
We invite applications from people with experience in Amenity Horticulture and/or contract monitoring as this would be an ideal opportunity to gain a broad variety of knowledge working in the public sector.
A full driving licence and provision of a suitable vehicle for work is essential.
The North Hertfordshire District covers an area of 147 square miles. It includes the market towns of Baldock, Hitchin and Royston and Letchworth Garden City and is a pleasant rural area.
