Careline provides vital reassurance and assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to people in need of a housing repair.
We are looking for Careline Repair Operators to join our existing team, providing a calls handling service to repair contracts that we monitor.
The main duties of this post are to answer calls from call centres or directly from clients that are in need of a repair. You will be required to log all information on our bespoke system, and contact the engineer to attend site. You will be required to update procedures as and when required.
An ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations is essential along with a genuine caring, patient and sympathetic attitude towards those in need.
You will need to have good computer skills, a clear speaking voice and a commitment to provide a high quality customer orientated service.
