Electoral Services Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic person for the post of Electoral Services Officer. Duties include assisting with maintaining the Electoral Register and organising elections and polls.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have the ability to explain processes to the public orally and with clarity and brevity
  • Be able to work in a team regulated by strict timetables

  • Have accurate data entry skills

  • Regularly visit residents in private properties and care establishments

  • Have at least one years experience of working in a busy administrative environment

  • Have access to a motor vehicle and to have a full UK driving licence

Good written, verbal and IT skills are essential.

Salary Range: 
£17,376 - £20,316 per annum
