A flower arranging session in Letchworth

Want to get healthier in Knebworth? Fancy free activities for you and your child where you can both make friends? We’re pleased to announce that our free Heathy Hub wellbeing sessions are coming to St Martin's Parish Church from next month!

From Easter crafts for all the family to exercise classes and managing anxiety for adults, there’s a range of activities to help you think about your mental and physical health.

Councillor Elizabeth Dennis-Harburg, Leader of the Council, said: “Our Healthy Hub wellbeing sessions are exciting and enjoyed by people across the district, so I’m really happy they’re coming to Knebworth. The sessions take place every fortnight and offer different activities for adults and children, and are completely free with refreshments included. The sessions are also an opportunity for anyone to get any help and support they might need to feel better and lead a healthier lifestyle. If you’re struggling with the cost of living, we can give you help, advice, and support too.”

Although there is no charge, numbers are limited so please book your place – email healthyhub@north-herts.gov.uk or call 01462 474111.
