Your claim review

If you have received an email, SMS message or letter from us asking you to complete an online review of your claim, follow the link below. 

You must be the person who is claiming housing benefit and/or council tax reduction and you must have the access key provided to complete this process.

You must complete your review within one month from the date we have contacted you, or your payments will stop.

If you don't have access to a computer you can request a paper form by calling 01462 474597 or 01462 474000.

Remember you'll need the access key to complete your review.
