If you have received a letter from us asking you to complete an online review of your claim, follow the link below. (You may need to allow pop-ups in your browser to use the system.)
You must be the person who is claiming housing benefit and/or council tax reduction and you must have the letter as you'll need the secure password given.
You will also need your national insurance number, postcode and your date of birth, in this format - 01-JAN-1970. Make a note of these now so it is easier to complete your review.
You must complete your review within one month from the date of the letter we've sent you, or your payments will stop.
If you don't have access to a computer, you can use the computers in our Customer Service Centre.
Remember you'll need to bring the letter with you as you'll need your secure password to complete your review. You'll also need your National Insurance number, date of birth and your home postcode.
