Personal Information and Privacy Notice (UKGDPR)

The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR) came in to force on 25 May 2018.

The Corporate Privacy Notice explains how North Hertfordshire District Council (the Data Controller) will use any personal information we collect about you when you use our services. The document is available at the bottom of this page.

Under the UKGDPR, individuals have the right to request withdrawal of their consent to processing at any time.

If you would like to withdraw your consent to processing, please complete and submit the form and we will consider your request.

There may be a reason why we will need to keep your data even if you have requested to withdraw your consent. For example, where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
