The Council as the Licensing Authority is required (under Section 8 of the Licensing Act 2003) to maintain a public register in relation to all applications received under the Act.

We are working on a project to provide an online portal so that members of the public can access information on new and historic applications and submit their comments.

If you wish to view or discuss the application prior to submitting your comments, please telephone us on 01462 474000 and ask for the Licensing Department, who will arrange a time for you to attend the Council Offices.
