The Council adopted the Statement of Licensing Policy on 12 November 2020. It takes effect from 7 January 2021 for a maximum period of five years.
With this policy, we seek to promote the following four licensing objectives:
- the prevention of crime and disorder
- public safety
- the prevention of public nuisance
- the protection of children from harm
