Disabled toilet Radar keys
The Arcade in Hitchin and Royston Fish Hill toilets have Radar locks on the disabled toilets. This means you may need a key to access these disabled facilities.
Howard Park and Gardens toilets do not have a Radar lock.
If you require a Radar key you can purchase them directly from the Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JF. The keys are priced at £2.50 each and we will require a copy of your disability badge.
Alternatively please send a cheque for £2.50, made payable to North Hertfordshire District Council and marked for the attention of Shared Waste Services, Unit 1 Buntingford Sevice Centre, Buntingford Business Park, Baldock Road, Buntingford SG9 9ER.
Please ensure you include a note of your address and provide proof of disability e.g. blue badge, Disability Living Allowance, or a letter from your doctor or place of study stating that you have a medical condition that requires a Radar key for use of the disabled facilities.
