Changes to your waste and recycling services

As part of a new joint waste and recycling contract with East Herts Council, from 6 May 2018 you will notice our new contractor Urbaser collecting your bins. There will also be some changes to your waste and recycling service. The tables below explains the changes which are taking place and which parts of the service are staying the same.

Houses will also be sent a new service leaflet. When you receive this please check carefully so you can make the most of your waste and recycling service.

All service changes will take place from week commencing Monday 14 May.

If you live in a flat or receive a communal waste and recycling service, there will not be any changes.
