Household Support Fund

As part of the nationwide efforts to recover following the pandemic, Hertfordshire County Council has been provided with some funding from the Government's Household Support Fund (HSF). The funding is to help North Herts residents with utilities and food, with several agencies across North Herts helping to get the funds to those who need it most.

Find out more about the Household Support Fund here.

If you require help with utilities, contact the following agencies for advice and support.

You can speak to your housing association: settle or First Garden Cities Homes.

If you privately rent or are a homeowner, you can go to the Hertfordshire Citizens Advice Service or you can reach out to the North Herts Minority Ethnic Forum.

If you are a housing association tenant you can speak to your Neighbourhood Officer.

Anyone struggling with the cost of food can reach out to their local food bank, who will try to help them in any way possible.
