We are aware of concerns raised by the local community and councillors regarding the CD5, ‘Land south of Heath Lane’ housing development in Codicote.
Councillor Ruth Brown, Executive Member for Planning, said: “We are committed to ensuring that any reports of breaches of planning permission are fully investigated and that the appropriate action is taken. Our planning enforcement team is aware of the concerns raised by Codicote residents, directly and through their local ward councillors, and are actively investigating the situation."
