Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional, qualified at CIPD Level 5, looking to progress their career and join a friendly collaborative team. You will have experience of advising managers on HR matters, supporting change management, and managing absence. You will also be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to coach others.
The HR Business Partners work closely with managers providing HR advice and support to ensure the effective application of HR policies. The role offers good variety including analysis of HR data, developing HR policies and occasional project work.
