You can manage your business rates account online by signing in or registering for an account.
Through the business rates portal, you can:
- set up or amend an existing direct debit
- view your business rates information
- tell us that you have moved
If you're setting up your account for the first time, check your junk mail in case the activation email has been sent there.
Receive paperless bills
You can go paperless and receive your business rates bills online.
Going paperless:
- lets you manage your account faster and more easily
- reduces clutter and waste
- reduces the number of paper bills being sent out across the district
- improves security, as personal information doesn’t need to be printed or posted – it's sent straight to you.
You will need your business rates account reference number to complete your application. This is shown on your most recent bill.
