An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Herts Council for an entry-level position within the Revenues Team.  The position will be across two areas within the service:

Revenues: responsible for the Administration & Collection of Council Tax, Business Rates, and other debts due to the Council

Systems & Technical: responsible for the day-to-day provision of the Revenues & Benefits software system

Both roles will give you an excellent opportunity to understand the way that the Council administers one of its statutory functions within the Revenues Team.

Due to the nature of this post covering two areas, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach.

Accuracy plays a big part of this role, so you should be competent with numbers and figures.

As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

37 hours per week to be available to between the hours of 8.45am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
