The planning applications (22/00927/FP and 22/01498/FP) made by Haven First to continue to provide sheltered housing accommodation to local people experiencing homelessness at 20 High Street, Baldock, are on the agenda for the Planning Control Committee on Thursday 1 December at 7.30pm. The two applications, one for the retention of 19 rooms and one of an additional 10 rooms (29 rooms in total), is for temporary permission for three years.
