Town Talk meetings

Town Talks are an opportunity to meet Councillors and raise an issue or topic for discussion. The meeting Chair decides which issues are discussed.

Town Talks take place from 6:30pm to 7.15pm immediately before the scheduled Area Committee meetings in Hitchin, Letchworth and Baldock. Area Committee Meetings then follow at 7:30pm.

Sometimes the Town Talks have a specific theme, which is advertised near the time.

Councillors will address the questions as best they can at the time, or take items away to look into. If a direct response to the person who raised the question is required then this will be done, otherwise responses will be shown in the Town Talk notes.

Members of the public attending are invited to leave their contact details if they would like to stay informed.
