We are the strategic housing authority for North Hertfordshire. We have a duty to consider the housing needs of the district and to produce and deliver a local housing strategy which sets out our plans for tackling these housing needs.
Housing strategy
Our Housing Strategy for 2024-2029 sets out our housing objectives over this period and how we plan to achieve them. The Housing Strategy also incorporates our Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, which was informed by our Review of Homelessness in the district.
Tenancy strategy
Our accompanying Tenancy Strategy sets out recommendations for local housing providers on tenancies and rent levels.
