The Council has published several consultation papers on the Local Plan, listed below. The papers published between 2005 and 2009 were following the East of England Plan, which was revoked in January 2013. As well as consultation papers there are a number of studies on subjects such as levels of housing need, land availability, employment and retail needs, open space and infrastructure which form the Local Plan's evidence base.
