Routes which cater for all abilities can be found on the Countryside Rights of Way website.

Archaeological walks in North Hertfordshire - the Archaeology Officer is available to conduct guided walks through parts of the district for parties of up to fifteen people. Walks lengths can vary. Refreshment breaks are included on longer walks. Dates of upcoming walks will be advertised on the website.

Hitchin Outer Orbital Path (HOOP)

The HOOP allows you to explore the history of Hitchin and surrounding villages.

Great Ashby Woodland Walk

This walk leads you around the Great Ashby Estate, taking in five woodlands managed by us.

The Hicca Way

The Hicca Way follows the River Hiz Valley and has three different routes.
