The next scheduled elections in North Hertfordshire will take place on Thursday 2 May 2024. They will be for:
- all wards of North Hertfordshire District Council
- the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Hertfordshire
You will need to bring photo ID to vote at a polling station on Thursday 2 May.

Standing for election (nominations)
Anyone wishing to stand as a District Councillor or as a Parish/Town Councillor must complete a Nominations Pack and ensure it is delivered to the Returning Officer during office hours by hand at the District Council Offices. The deadline to submit nominations papers for these elections is at 4pm on Friday 5 April 2024.
