North Hertfordshire Museum is next door to Hitchin Town Hall in Brand Street, Hitchin.
Entry to the museum is free.
It is run by the Museum Service of North Herts Council.
It displays collections from the former Letchworth and Hitchin museums and many other items from around the district.
The museum aims to increase the understanding and enjoyment of the culture, heritage and environment of North Hertfordshire, using the museum collections to tell the stories of the people who have lived and worked here.

Tuesday to Saturday: 10.30am to 4.30pm
Sunday: 11.00am to 3.00pm
