In line with the majority of other district and borough councils in Hertfordshire and England, the North Herts Council portion of council tax will rise by 2.99%.
Just under £100,000 has been awarded to local community groups – supporting families, expanding mental health services, increasing volunteer capacity, museum education, additional allotments and more!
Three leisure centres across North Herts will soon benefit from a package of measures to improve their carbon footprint, following North Herts Council successfully securing up to £7,743,224 as part of a Government scheme to decarbonise public sector buildings.
