Anti-social behaviour

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is defined within the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 as behaviour which has "caused or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not from the same household."

Charges

Information about the Council’s charges for enforcement and compliance in relation to ASB are in the table below. 

Non-payment of a penalty will result in prosecution and a criminal record (maximum fines do not include any associated court costs claimed back by the Council).
