If you are elderly, infirm or have a disability and cannot put your waste containers at the edge of your property, you can apply to have an assisted collection.
Our Assisted Collection Service is offered to those who are elderly, those with disabilities (such as sight impairment), or cannot physically move or lift their containers to the kerbside on collection day and there is no one living in the property who is able.
This may be a temporary or ongoing service that you require.
