Application to designate a Neighbourhood Forum and Neighbourhood Planning Area
The Charlton Society Neighbourhood Forum applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for designation as a neighbourhood planning forum and for a neighbourhood planning area to be designated for the area of Charlton under Part 2 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
The Charlton Neighbourhood Planning Area and the Neighbourhood Planning Forum was designated by the Service Director - Regulatory in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning on 31 August 2021.
