Accessing Landlord Portal
Log in to your account.
Enter your organisations username and password.
Landlord Portal will display links to view payments to your organisation from North Herts Council. You will be able to download schedules at your convenience.
Requesting Access to Landlord Portal
Please contact us by emailing benefits@north-herts.gov.uk with ‘Landlord portal’ in the subject line. Our team will then contact you for further details to enroll you.
Once your organisation has been verified and registered for access, we will send two emails containing your username and password.
